He has earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from The National Institute of Engineering & Electronics in 1994, Master of Computer Science in Telecommunication & Networking, from The University of Management & Technology in 2003 and a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from The University of Management & Technology in 2009. He has vast experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology, Information Systems, ERP implementation and management, Business Processes and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Services and After Marketing Services.
