Zia Mohiuddin
Mr. Zia Mohiuddin holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical and Civil Engineering from the Punjab College of Engineering and Technology, Punjab University, Lahore. He is registered Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council. His post graduate research was conducted in Sweden. He also participated in a Senior Management Development Course in New Your, USA and attended a Graduate Programme in Petroleum Marketing in San Francisco, USA.
He has held senior management positions during his extended career with Caltex Oil (Pakistan) Limited. Currently, Mr. Mohiuddin is the Chairman of Panasian Group and a Joint Partner of leading multinationals like Volvo and Ericsson in Pakistan.
He is a member of the Steering Committee for the Universities of Engineering, Science and Technology, a Project of Higher Education Commission, Government of Pakistan. He is member of Business Advisory Council Jonkoping International Business School, Jonkoping University, Sweden. He is also a member of the Marketing Association of Pakistan and a member of Chambers of Commerce and Industry at Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.
In 1991, the Royal Order of the Polar Star was bestowed upon him by His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden for his contribution in promoting Swedish business in Pakistan.
